We want every piece of your Opulence Swimwear to feel like it was made just for you. If something isn’t perfect, we’re here to help.


Return Eligibility

To ensure smooth processing, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • All tags, hygiene stickers, and original packaging intact
  • Order number and full name included inside the parcel

Please note: Jewellery is final sale and cannot be returned.


UK Returns

  • You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return
  • Email info@byopulence.co with your order number to begin the return process
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.


International Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs fees
  • Refunds can be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed in the same way as returns. Once your item is received:

  • A store credit will be issued for future Opulence purchases
  • Or we’ll assist you in selecting a replacement item

Faulty Items

Every Opulence piece is carefully quality-checked. In the rare event of a fault:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, provided the item has not been misused
