Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with hygiene stickers, tags, and in its original packaging. Your order number and name should also be included inside the return parcel.  Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted. Please note, we do not accept returns on jewellery.

 

UK RETURNS 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return, please contact us at info@byopulence.co with your order number and we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are also required to cover the cost of the return, which must be sent using tracked shipping, as we are unable to hold any responsibility for items lost in transit.

Upon approval, your refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us. 

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date to be eligible for store credit. All return and customs charges are the customer's responsibility. Store credit will be issued via email and is valid for 12 months.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are processed under the same policy as returns and are provided as credit notes. After we receive your returned item and request, we will send you an email with the store credit details.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

While we thoroughly quality check all our items and package them carefully, should an item arrive damaged, we are more than willing to assist in arranging a replacement for you. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and adhere to the return policy outlined above. Items will not be replaced if they are found to be faulty due to customer damage, such as misuse.
